WHAT? The DYNAMIC SAVINGS Plan is an annual reduced fee dental plan that allows individuals and families, just like yours, to receive dental services from our office at prices to better fit today's economy.
HOW? Fill out the application and submit along with the premium payment and you are effective immediately to start receiving benefits and discounts for your dental needs.
WHO? Individuals, spouses and dependents are eligible, and children under age 19 or full time students up to 23 years of age. Children may be members only in conjunction with adult members.
WHEN? Benefits begin IMMEDIATELY! Members must remain on the plan for a minimum of 12 months

- 2 cleanings per year (includes xrays and exams)
- Emergency exam and xray 4 times a year

Children under the age of 19 will qualify for the 'Additional Child Premium'. If the child is a full time student in college, then he/she is covered until the age of 23.
There is no ID card and no group or member number. All your membership information will be kept on file with our office. Your effective date is the day you sign up and your renewal date is the same date every year. There are no waiting periods and no missing tooth clause.
No refunds are given if patient chooses not to use his/her dental plan!

- When Care Credit is used, the amount of the discount will decrease by 10%
- Orthodontic Services are not covered
- Prophy (cleaning) by our office is defined as the removal of coronal plaque, calculus buildup, and stains on the tooth above the gum line. Deeper cleanings fall under the periodontal category.
- This plan is only good at Dynamic Dentistry. Therefore, if you are referred to a specialist, they will not honor this discount.
- Yearly benefits are not carried over to the next year.
- In office dental plan benefits cannot be transferred over to other family members.
- Annual membership dues are non-refundable.
- No refunds given if patient chooses not to use their dental plan.
- This is a dental discount plan and is NOT insurance.
- The dental plan cannot be used in conjunction with a dental insurance policy.
- All payments are due in full at time of service to receive discount. Any services rendered that are not paid for at that time of service will be billed at the usual, higher fee.
- Your policy renews automatically each year. If premiums are not paid, you will not qualify for any discounts.
